Processing

How long does processing take?

All orders are processed within 3โ€“5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing is separate from shipping โ€” it is the time we need to pick, pack, and hand your order to the carrier before it is on its way to you.

What if there is a delay?

During high volume periods, processing may take a few extra days. You will always receive a notification email the moment your order has officially shipped so you know exactly when it is on its way.

How long does delivery take?

After processing, Standard orders typically arrive within 10โ€“14 business days, and Priority orders within 8โ€“12 business days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard Shipping is $4.95, and Priority Shipping is $9.95. Both options include full tracking. Standard Shipping is free automatically on orders of $35 or more โ€” no code needed. Your shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout before you pay.

How do I track my order?

All shipping options include tracking. Once your order ships you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. Your tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours of receiving that email.

International Orders

Do you ship internationally?

Yes โ€” we ship to most countries worldwide.

Who pays customs and import taxes?

ZenCase is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering if you are unsure.

Damages & Lost Packages

My order arrived damaged โ€” what do I do?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us first at zencaseshops@gmail.com with a photo of the item and packaging. We will review it and take care of you from there โ€” no need to deal with the carrier yourself. Please do not throw away any packaging materials until the issue is resolved.

My order says delivered but I can't find it.

First check with neighbors and your local post office โ€” packages are sometimes left nearby or held at a local facility. If your package is still missing after 3 business days, email us at zencaseshops@gmail.com and we will help you figure out next steps.
