How to Start a Return

Am I eligible for a return?

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I request a return?

Email us at zencaseshops@gmail.com to start your return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package. Please note — items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at zencaseshops@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union — 14 day cooling off period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

The following scenarios and policies apply specifically to the handmade Frog Cases, all styles.

Product returns Product returns are not accepted for items that are not damaged or missing.
Incorrect address/name Non-refundable if the order fails due to incorrect shipping details.
Large volume items Carriers may apply additional shipping charges.

Please contact our support team within 7 business days of delivery so we can assist you.

Refunds

How does the refund process work?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method minus the 30% restocking fee within 10 business days. Keep in mind your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

What if my refund is taking too long?

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at zencaseshops@gmail.com and we will look into it right away.
